Laguna Beach, a seaside resort and artist community, is located in the southern part of Orange County, California. Laguna Beach is the second oldest city in the county, second to Irvine and it became incorporated as a General Law City in 1927. The city has what is referred to as a warm Mediterranean climate, featuring year round sunshine and year round average high temperatures in the low to mid 70′s.
