About San Juan Capistrano, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

San Juan Capistrano, part of the Santa Ana–Anaheim–Irvine metro area, is a city located in the southern part of Orange County, California. Given the proximity to the Mission San Juan Capistrano, a Catholic Mission that was founded in 1776 and site of the first winery and vineyard in the state, many of the homes and strip malls were designed after Spanish architecture. The city features the widest variety of homes in all of Orange County, from houses built before the 1900′s, million-dollar mansions, to working ranches. San Juan Capistrano best known, however, for the Cliff Swallows annual migration that takes place in the city. Each year, these birds migrate from Argentina to San Juan Capistrano. The city′s climate is much like the climate of all southern California′s cities, with average year round temperatures in the 70′s. Among the city′s top employers are Savings & Recovery, Quest Diagnostics, Costco and Endevco.

The city is served by the Capistrano Unified School District and is also home to several private Christian college prep schools, including Saddleback Valley Christian School and J. Serra Catholic High School. San Juan Capistrano is also home to two private elementary schools including The Mission Parish School, located on the historic Mission grounds and still uses some of the original buildings as classrooms. There are several points of interest located in San Juan Capistrano, such as Trabuco CreekThe DepotThe Los Rios District, and the Regency Theatres Ricks Cafe and VIP Theater.
